You can create a mockup of your sign online! This is the best way to view our fonts, colors, and stain selections all together. We are always improving our mockup tool, so if you find the layered sign preview tool is giving you trouble, we recommend the round sign tool to preview all your customizations together. The website is the only way to see a colorized mockup, but you are welcome to request a mockup, along with the rest of your order details, in the personalization box when you purchase your sign by including “MOCKUP REQUEST”. Our design team will send one over in black and white for you to review. You will have 24hrs to review this mockup before production. We do NOT send mockups unless they are requested upon ordering.

Production of our signs takes 5 business days, with 3-4 days of delivery time on average to follow, if we do not run into unforeseen circumstances. Once we ship your sign, it typically takes up to 48hrs for the tracking information to update.

We do! We only offer 10 spots per day for rush shipping. Rush shipping costs $100, per sign being rushed. Your sign will be created within 24hrs of you notifiying us that you have purchased the addon. We cannot send mockups when this add-on is purchased. If your sign arrives damaged from transit we will NOT be able to rush ship a second time, unless ANOTHER rush shipping addon is purchased. Please see the listing descriptions for answers to other FAQs about damage, production timeline, and more! *WEEKEND TIMELINE* Rush shipping purchased on Friday after 12pm through Sunday will be shipped out on Monday with UPS 2nd day air.

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside of the United States currently. We ship through UPS and can ship within the states, including Hawaii and Alaska (additional shipping fees may apply). We DO ship APO.

We measure our signs by width, from the furthest points from left to right. The height of your sign will vary depending on your size selection, text, font, and layout. You can request a mockup with the height dimensions of your sign, by including “MOCKUP WITH HEIGHT” in the personalization box, along with the rest of your order details, when you purchase your sign.

We can create most custom logos if we receive a high-resolution, black line (no color) version! Please message us before purchasing a custom logo. We cannot use custom fonts, unless pre-designed in a logo that we can trace. We cannot use custom colors or color match.

Due to signs being made to order, we do not offer refunds or replacements for signs that are received as ordered. We are also unable to offer refunds or replacements for signs due to the aesthetics of natural wood, such as wood grain and knots in the wood. We can cancel and fully refund your order if requested within 24 hours of placing it. If your sign arrives damaged, please notify us within 48hrs of delivery with a photo of your sign and box.

For damage, please message us within 48hrs of delivery with photos of your sign and box and we will resolve the issue as necessary and possible. For signs that show delivered but were not received, please notify us and we will contact UPS on your behalf and further resolve the issue as necessary and possible.

Please read the listing description for further hanging instructions for your style of sign! If your listing states you will receive a hanging kit and you did not, please notify us and we will be sure to send one to you!

We currently use Minwax brand stain for our signs. Our signs are printed using UV ink. We cannot send color swatches at this time.
